| 1. How is my order delivered to me? |
| All items will be anonimously sent to your home by our professional courier service. Package will arrive in a ordinary plain package, with no indication of what's inside. |

| 2. How long does it take to deliver my order? |
We are using courier service, depending on your delivery location the time vary from 2 days. For a more detail on our shipping structure please click to our shipment page below.
Cheque orders generally takes longer to delivery mainly because payment need to be cleared before we proceed to delivery the order.
Late delivery may also be the result of lost packages where we have to re-send your order. We will normally notify our customers if their packages were lost.

3. Do I need to be at home to receive my order?
|
Unless you choose to specify to only allow the recipient to receive, anyone in your address location can sign to receive your package. If no one is at home, the courier company will leave a call card. Just call them and let them know when is the most convenient time for them to deliver to you.
Please note that we only warrant on two (2) delivery for each order. Should the recipient/buyer fail to receive the good within the two delivery, please contact us 03-2141 4288 to arrange a pick-up at our outlets. |

4. Can I deliver my orders to a P.O Box address?

| No, we do not deliver to P.O Box addresses. |

| We value our customers and their privacy. Please be assured that the information collected is protected from public access and we do not rent or sell any of the information to third parties. |

| 6. How safe is it to buy from LatexGift? |
| We are no an internet pureplay, we have physical retail outlets (currrently 5 of them - Mid Valley, Berjaya Times Square, Sunway Pyramid, Sungei Wang and Pudu Plaza). Therefore customer in general have more confident to buy from us because they have an appropriate avenue to fall back on in case if any problem arise. |

Join free.
There are 4 steps.
Step 1 - Click " Login"
Step 2 - Click “Register?” or "Get an account"
Step 3 - Fill up your information and Click “Register Me”
Step 4 - Check for our Email (Successful Registeration)

| 9. What type of payment do you accept? |
We do accept the payment method as below:

10. When will my order arrived?
|
An order received will be delivered on based on its location's shipping duration (for details please refer to Shipping).
During to order process, you have to option to specify the time of delivery prefered and to call the recipient / buyer prior to delivery. |

| 11. How will I know if my purchase is successful? |
After you submit your order, you will get a confirmation page and email of your purchases with the order statement with an order reference number.

| 12. How can I check my order status? |
| You can check on your order status anytime by logging in at the store and click on the "Order Status" button to see the status of your order. |

| 13. Can I cancel my orders after checkout? |
Orders cannot be cancelled upon approval after checkout and reading all terms and conditions.
However, you can cancel an order if there is strong, valid reasons for the cancellation, but please note that a 10% surcharge will be charged for every cancellation of an order. This is strictly a case by case basis. |

| 14. How do I make an order? |
There are 5 steps.
Step 1 - Click into the products details and Click “ Add to Cart” for all which products you want to order.
Step 2 - Check your Cart Content, whether all the products in “Good(s) in Cart” and quantity required.
Step 3 - Click “Check out without a registration” (if you are not a member), or type up your “User name and password” (if you are a member).
Step 4 - Select your delivery location and click “Confirm delivery location”
Step 5 – Completely fill up your information and tick “ I agree to term and condition of this order” then click order
Your order is completed and you will receive a email (Confirmation Order). Inform us immediately when you had made your payment. |

| 15. Is that deliver to other country exclude Malaysia and Singapore? |
| No. We only have deliver to Malaysia and Singapore. |

| 16. How the shipping fees charges? |
1) West Malaysia - We will charge RM 8.00 and free of charge when your order value above RM 200.00
2) East Malaysia - We will charge RM 12.00 and free of charge when your order value above RM 250.00
3) Singapore - We will chargeRM28.00 and free of charge when your order value above RM 350.00
